I'm Bobbie Normand and I own Cadence Hair Co in Victoria, B.C. It's a Boutique Style Studio located just up from Downtown in a vibrant neighbourhood. The space has a unique vibe which I'm excited to share with you. Here's what you can expect during your time with me.

My Goal is create custom styles to suit YOU while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. As your stylist I will listen to your needs and deliver honest feedback and suggestions on how we can reach them.

My specialties are cuts, colour, foil, balayage, corrections and extensions.
You can call, email or text me anytime for appointments, products or questions and I will respond during working hours (Tuesday-Friday 10-5) when I'm not creating behind the chair.

About Me
As a Stylist of 20+ years, my training initially took place in Edmonton, AB at Estelle's Academy of Hair Design. There I have worked in a number of high end salons, as well as owned my own studio until 2013. My career in Victoria started at David Levi Salon and 5 years later, I moved on to chair rental to be my own boss. 2 years later, in 2020, I decided to open up my Studio named Cadence Hair Co.

What I LOVE MOST about what I do, IS CHANGING THE WAY A PERSON FEELS.
It's amazing how much the way we feel inside affects whether we love or hate our hair. It really means a lot to me when I can assist in someone feeling great again, gain confidence, or re-invent their look. I care and will give 100% attention and effort towards helping you transform into your best version of yourself.

There is lots of street parking on Fort, Vancouver, Yates, and View.

1 hour free parking as well as a Robbins Parking lot available on Mears.
2 hour free parking available on Rockland.

We highly recommend the City of Victoria Parking App.
This is great for longer appointments allowing you to extend your parking time with out over paying, having to leave to add to the meter or go out to move your vehicle.
