Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment with out enough notice, the opportunity is missed to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Since the services are reserved especially for you a cancellation fee will apply.

48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling.  

Less than, will result in a charge of 100% of the amount of the reserved service.

NO SHOWS will result in a charge of 100% of the amount of the reserved service and possibly lose the ability to rebook.

A DEPOSIT of $100 may be required for services more than 3 Hours and will be applied to final invoice.

The cancellation policy allows time to inform clients on wait list as well as keep the schedule filled, better serving everyone.
